Rehabilitation inpatient care

Slatinné lázně Toušeň is expanding its services to include  follow-up rehabilitation inpatient stays covered by public health insurance. The stays are intended for patients with musculoskeletal diseases, after injuries and surgeries using artificial joint replacements with the aim of positively influencing the patient's overall condition. The recommended entry into follow-up rehabilitation care is usually between the 7th and 10th day after surgery. Up to 4 weeks are covered by public health insurance (for self-payers, the number of days can be adjusted according to the individual needs of the patient). Patients are accommodated in  newly built superior rooms, where everything is adapted for maximum comfort. The treatment includes individual rehabilitation with experienced physiotherapists, gentle passive physical activity using motorised exercise, instrumental lymphatic drainage, biolamp, laser shower and a range of spa treatments.

PACIENTŮM V RÁMCI PROGRAMU NÁSLEDNÉ REHABILITAČNÍ PÉČE NABÍZÍME: 

  • nadstandardně vybavené čtyři dvojlůžkové a čtyři jednolůžkové pokoje s moderními polohovatelnými lůžky,
  • vlastní sprchu a WC uzpůsobené pro pacienty po operačních výkonech,
  • zdravotnický personál neustále k dispozici,
  • intenzivní rehabilitaci 2× denně uzpůsobenou individuálním potřebám pacienta,
  • společenskou místnost a jídelnu s kávovarem a velkoplošnou obrazovkou pro odpočinek a relaxaci,
  • TV a telefon na pokoji, Wi-Fi připojení zdarma,
  • bohatou snídani a možnost výběru hlavních chodů k obědu i večeři.

Rehabilitační následná péče je součástí zavedeného lázeňského komplexu Slatinných lázní Toušeň. Zařízení bylo založeno v roce 1868 Janem Králíkem na železitém prameni, který se stal základem zdejších léčebných procedur. V roce 1889 lázně rozšířily léčebné metody o velmi oblíbené slatinné koupele. Úzce spolupracujeme s Ortopedickou klinikou FNB, 1. LF UK a IPVZ.

Patient contributes to accommodation only:

Accommodation in a double room -  600 CZK / day
Accommodation in single room - 1 500 CZK / day

Accommodation in double room with shared bathroom - 600 CZK / day
Accommodation in single room  with shared bathroom - 1,000 CZK / day

What to bring to the spa?

  1. documents - ID card, insurance card;
  2. recommendation for hospitalization;
  3. results of the last examinations (if the patient comes from home, then you need to bring the results of the basic internal examination);
  4. name and contact details of your general practitioner or attending physician;
  5. medications you take regularly (in original packaging);
  6. contact address and telephone number of a family member or relative;
  7. personal, medical and hygiene equipment;
  8. comfortable clothing and shoes for rehabilitation exercises;
  9. books and magazines.

 

At the appointed time, the patient will report to the admissions office, from where he/she will be directed to the inpatient unit (applies to self-payers only). 
Cash may be temporarily stored in the safe in the inpatient rehabilitation aftercare unit.
