Rehabilitation and Physical Medicine Clinic

In the Rehabilitation and Physical Medicine Clinic, the doctor will examine the patient and recommend rehabilitation procedures to improve the condition and relieve pain. The result is an individualized treatment and rehabilitation plan to strengthen muscles, improve joint mobility and restore function to affected body parts. The patient regains or restores his or her mobility, strength and ability to perform daily activities.

What you need for your first appointment

Citizen ID and health insurance card. A voucher for rehabilitation or occupational therapy care will be issued by our doctor in the rehabilitation and physical medicine outpatient clinic at the Toušeň Rehabilitation Centre.

Recommendation from a specialist or general practitioner (K voucher or FT voucher)* is advisable but not essential. K  or FT voucher is now accepted from the insurance companies VZP (111), ZPMV (211) and ŠKODA (209), VOZP (201)

*K voucher is a voucher for a medical examination. A "K voucher" is used to request a consultant examination, treatment or examination by a specialist, and to recommend admission to care. 

*FT voucher is a voucher already directly for the services of a physiotherapist. The "FT Examination/Treatment Voucher" is used by the physician to prescribe physiotherapy (physical therapy) and occupational therapy care to the patient. 

The voucher is time limited (14 days from issue), in the event that the voucher expires, we will examine you ourselves.
