Dear Mothers,
thank you for choosing the Bulovka University Hospital Maternity Clinic for your delivery. You can register for your delivery register online at 14th week of pregnancy (the registry is available from 14+0). After filling in a few details in the simple form, you will receive an email confirming your registration.
