Production and Consumption Management Department
The department's main task is to provide economic and analytical support for the effective management of the hospital. The department prepares monthly economic evaluations of the hospital and individual departments. It communicates across the FNB with management and clinics and individual departments. It manages FNB's management information system and creates a data warehouse for reporting and analysis.
The department focuses mainly on:
- financial and production planning and budgeting,
- reporting to the FNB, to the founder and to third parties,
- setting and managing limits for individual warehouses,
- creating economic and health analyses,
- modelling health care reimbursement in collaboration with the health insurance department,
- calculation of current and new products and services of FNB,
- data support and management of the management information system,
- creation of the data warehouse,
- management and calculation of the self-payers' price list,
- representation of FNB in communication with the Health Insurance Institution on the DRG Restart project.
