New Rehabilitation Clinic combines medicine and modern technology

On 4 February 2025, the Bulovka University Hospital launched the operation of the new Rehabilitation Clinic, which was established in cooperation with the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering of the Czech Technical University (FBMI CTU).

He was appointed the director of Bulovka more than six years ago, on 3 September 2018. Under his leadership, the hospital has managed to stabilize economically and in terms of personnel, has regained its faculty status, has a number of highly specialized and respected departments, is growing in both qualitative and quantitative indicators, invests in the modernization of the premises, in state-of-the-art equipment and, above all, in its people.

The Memorandum of Mutual Cooperation was signed at the end of 2024 by representatives of four major entities: the Bulovka University Hospital (FNB), the Královské Vinohrady University Hospital (FNKV), the Faculty of Science of Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem (UJEP) and the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague (CTU).

Interest in deliveries at Bulovka is not decreasing. Access and quality of care is essential for pregnant women when choosing a maternity hospital.

Bulovka University Hospital celebrates success in the field of obstetrics. Despite the overall decline in the birth rate in the Czech Republic, the Gynaecology and Obstetrics Clinic of the FNB and the 1st Faculty of Medicine of the Charles University in Prague manages to maintain a stable number of births and a high quality of care.
