Professor Gürlich is the new head of the Surgical Clinic

On 2 September 2024, Prof. Robert Gürlich, M.D., CSc. was appointed as the new Head of the Surgical Clinic of the Faculty of Medicine, 1st Faculty of Medicine, Charles University, and the Institute of Surgery at the Bulovka University Hospital. He came to Bulovka with the vision of developing an interdisciplinary centre of gastrointestinal oncology and the ambition to expand the spectrum of specialised surgical procedures. He replaces doc. MUDr. Jan Fanta, DrSc., who led the clinic with high expertise since 2011 and contributed to its rise among the leading surgical centres.

New waiting room in paediatric surgery will entertain young patients

To the delight of our pediatric patients, we have completed the long-awaited reconstruction of the waiting room at the Department of Pediatric Surgery and Traumatology. Upon entering the outpatient clinic, visitors will find themselves in a colourful jungle full of tropical plants and exotic animals!

Bulovka opens new outpatient clinics for children and adults

Faculty Hospital Bulovka (FNB) is opening a new outpatient clinic of a general practitioner for children and adolescents (PLDD) and an outpatient clinic of a general practitioner for adults. Both are located near the hospital campus in the Bulovka Medical & Business Centre building. The outpatient clinics are operational from 8 July 2024 and offer patients comprehensive preventive and curative care.

Na základě novely zákona č. 378/2007 Sb., o léčivech proběhla aktualizace mobilní aplikace eRecept pro pacienty, ve které se nyní nově zobrazují i informace o zásobách omezeně dostupných léků v lékárnách.
