He was appointed the director of Bulovka more than six years ago, on 3 September 2018. Under his leadership, the hospital has managed to stabilize economically and in terms of personnel, has regained its faculty status, has a number of highly specialized and respected departments, is growing in both qualitative and quantitative indicators, invests in the modernization of the premises, in state-of-the-art equipment and, above all, in its people.

From 1 January 2025, a new system of reimbursement for medicines will be in place. The main aim of this change is to ensure that people with a higher need for medicines don't have to pay extra at the pharmacy each time and then wait for their health insurer to reimburse them for payments above the safeguard limit. Everything will now happen directly and automatically between the pharmacy and the insurance company. This makes the whole system of reimbursement faster, more efficient and easier for patients.
