Department Structure

Department of Real Estate Infrastructure Development

Provides proposals for the planning of development, maintenance and repair of all real estate or construction works. Directs, organizes and coordinates the preparation and execution of works. Represents FNB in matters related to acquisition, modernisation and reconstruction of FNB's assets of a capital nature and construction investments in negotiations with concerned government authorities.

Operation and Maintenance Department

Provides maintenance of the premises and repairs at all FNB departments (especially in the professions of mason, plumber, locksmith, electrician, gardener, carpenter). Cooperates in the formulation of the concept for the implementation of repairs and maintenance of all real estate and technical assets of the hospital. Receives, processes and handles requests for technical maintenance or repairs of a non-investment nature.

Technical Maintenance Report

Conducts maintenance and repair activities of immovable infrastructure - repair, servicing of technical equipment with operation of immovable infrastructure - minor structural alterations, plumbing works, locksmith works, carpentry works.

Report of electrical equipment

Provides technical maintenance, service and repair of electrical equipment related to operation and use of immovable infrastructure. It also provides technical maintenance, servicing and repair of non-medical electrical equipment.
