Legal section

The Legal Department is responsible for the comprehensive provision of the FNB's legal agenda and public procurement agenda, representing the FNB in court and administrative proceedings, before law enforcement authorities, before local government authorities and other public authorities or other institutions, providing legal advice and assistance to the FNB management and in the handling of legal matters of all organisational units in the FNB, including advice and assistance regarding public procurement, and ensuring the agenda of providing information from medical documentation and in accordance with Act No. 106/1999 Coll, on free access to information, as amended.
