Spiritual care

Patients, their families and loved ones, as well as the staff of Bulovka University Hospital, can take advantage of the services of the hospital's team of chaplains. At the same time, a hospital chapel is also available for them.

Hospital Chaplains

The chaplains at Bulovka University Hospital are sent by their churches, based on a contract with the hospital.
They offer conversation, listening, kind encounters, human closeness and accompaniment in times of illness. They help to reduce stress, overcome loneliness and find a way to cope with a difficult situation with dignity. They offer prayer, the sacraments, Bible reading, or devotions to those who are interested.
They also provide the motivation of understanding and hope.

Hospital chaplains provide care in the spiritual realm to all people, regardless of their religion or worldview. They maintain confidentiality and respect freedom of conscience. They are available upon request for the administration of the sacraments. They cooperate with other clergy of state-recognized churches and facilitate contact with them upon request.

Hospital Chapel

The Hospital Chapel is located in Building 3, on the ground floor, in the connecting corridor. This place is open to anyone looking for a quiet place to contemplate alone, or to have a conversation with the chaplain by appointment.

The chapel at Bulovka University Hospital is open daily from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
