Pain Management Department

 NOTICE  The Pain Management Department outpatient clinic is temporarily located on the ground floor of Building 15 (before the elevators down the hallway to the left).

Department Phone. A referral from the attending physician is a condition of admission. Please prepare a medical report for the examination.

A team of doctors and experienced nurses is ready to take care of patients.

We also offer consultation and collaboration to home hospice associations.

Ambulatory Patients - Indications

We care for patients with chronic pain (algic conditions lasting approximately 2 months or longer) with no response to current analgesic therapy. These include the following conditions:

  • articular syndromes, coxarthroses and gonarthroses on conservative therapy and prior to surgery
  • chronic vertebrogenic syndromes especially with root manifestations
  • regional dystrophic syndromes
  • post-traumatic syndromes and phantom pain
  • polyneuropathic syndromes in diabetics and patients after chemotherapy
  • psychosomatic syndromes and pain of unclear etiology
  • neuralgia
  • patients with herpes zooster i with short history
  • patients with oncological pain, or oncological diagnosis at the onset of the disease
  • patients before major surgery - pre- to post-operative care
