Očkování rizikových skupin dětských pacientů

Očkovací centrum je určeno dětem, jejichž předchozí reakce na očkování, či jejich celkový zdravotní stav, nedovoluje očkovat je cestou ošetřujícího pediatra dle řádného schématu očkovacího kalendáře ČR. Jde tedy jak o alergické a jiné nežádoucí reakce, tak o chronická onemocnění, jako například poruchy imunity a autoimunitní onemocnění, onkologická onemocnění, neurologická onemocnění, dlouhodobé užívání některých léků, o pacienty s poruchou funkce sleziny a podobně. Především v takových případech individuálně poskytujeme konzultační činnost pediatrům v ambulantní praxi nebo v indikovaných případech provádíme i vakcinaci těchto dětí. V nutných případech je možná i hospitalizace dětského pacienta k zajištění hladkého průběhu očkování kvůli možným nežádoucím účinkům.

Vaccination of at-risk pediatric patients

The Vaccination Center is for children whose previous reaction to vaccination, or their general health condition, does not allow them to be vaccinated by way of the attending pediatrician according to the regular schedule of the Czech vaccination calendar. This includes both allergic and other adverse reactions, as well as chronic diseases, such as immune disorders and autoimmune diseases, oncological diseases, neurological diseases, long-term use of certain medications, patients with spleen dysfunction and the like. Especially in such cases, we individually provide consultation to paediatricians in outpatient practice or in indicated cases we also perform vaccination of these children. In necessary cases, it is also possible to hospitalize a pediatric patient to ensure a smooth course of vaccination due to possible side effects.
