Department of Clinical Biochemistry (OKB)

Department of Clinical Biochemistry (OKB) performs biochemical  tests for both inpatient and outpatient facilities of the hospital, as well as for medical facilities outside the hospital premises. 

The department performs testing of basic biochemical parameters from all common materials, acid-base balance, urine chemistry and morphology, and other tests including cardiac markers, tumor markers, hormones, vitamins, and selected drugs. 

The laboratory holds:

  • A ČIA accreditation certificate in accordance with standard 15189 ed.3:2023 for scope 801. HERE
