Instructions for candidates for professional practice

Professional practice at Bulovka University Hospital can be realized on the basis of a mutually signed Student Order (if there is a framework contract between the school/university and FNB) or individual contract.

Experiences in the framework of compulsory education of medical students and students are realized free of charge.

At least 30 days before the beginning of the internship, the interested party will arrange the exact date at the relevant clinic/department of FNB (contacts at www.bulovka.cz link Clinics and departments).

Subsequently, send the original to the Education Department, or deliver it in person, fully completed and confirmed by the school/university:

Work Placement Order (in the case of a concluded framework agreement)

Individual Contract (including mandatory annexes)

Please fill in the following in the contract:

Bulovka University Hospital, Budínova 67/2, 180 81 Prague 8, Company ID: 00064211 represented by:
MUDr. Hana Roháčová, Ph.D., NLPP – by proxy (3rd–6th year medical students and pharmacy students) or
Mgr. Soňa Mendlová, NOP – by proxy (students of healthcare disciplines)

Guidelines for those interested in conducting research as part of a final thesis

Higher Vocational School/College/University Students

Research for a final thesis at FNB can be carried out on the basis of a concluded individual contract between the student and Bulovka University Hospital.

At least 30 days before the start of the placement, the applicant must arrange an exact date with the relevant clinic/department at FNB (contact details at www.bulovka.cz Clinics and Departments link).

Subsequently, they shall send the original to the Education Department, or deliver it in person:

an application to conduct research as part of a final thesis for students at higher vocational schools/colleges/universities (fully completed and signed by the student),
a sample questionnaire, sample interview questions, a case study outline, etc.,
proof of enrolment.
