Undergraduate and postgraduate teaching

The clinic is a teaching base of the 2nd Faculty of Medicine of Charles University in Prague.

It teaches the field of dermatovenerology to 5th year medical students in Czech and English, as well as undergraduate courses in nursing and paediatric nursing.

In addition, we offer medical students a compulsory elective course in Corrective Dermatology and Fundamentals of Plastic Surgery.

The clinic is accredited by the Ministry of Health for postgraduate studies in dermatovenerology. The clinic therefore trains doctors in postgraduate training before attestation.

Attestation examinations in dermatovenerology are held at the clinic once every three years. The clinic has postgraduate students working on various research grant projects.
